FAQs

Does it run on Vista?

T2S Mobile has now been fully tested on Vista. However when install T2S Mobile you must first turn off the UAC (User Account Controller).
Example : Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Accounts -> Turn User Account Control on or off. For Safety turn back on after installing

Does if run on Windows 7?

T2S Mobile has now been tested on Windows 7. However when install T2S Mobile you may need to turn off the UAC (User Account Controller).

Can I change or create my own output screens?

Yes, T2S Mobile was designed very much round users being able to create there own output designs. The output pages use standard HTML page with “tags” in them, this enables you to create any look you want using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. You will need good working knowledge of HTML to create your own

Can I send bulk SMS messages via T2S Mobile

T2S Mobile has a bundled separate application to send out SMS marketing messages using your database and the GSM device you use for T2S Mobile. This application is only available to used that have purchased the Database Module . You can export you your database and use a 3rd party bulk SMS provider

Can I change my phone / modem SIM card for different venues?

Yes, T2S Mobile does not lock you to one number; this enables mobile DJs or events organisers to have different numbers for each venue / event

Can I use a short code?

No, T2S Mobile is completely stand alone and uses a GSM Device (mobile phone) to receive the SMS messages

I get a class not registered error when try to run T2S

A DLL has not registered correctly during the install and you need to make T2S registar it again.
Open up my computer, then click on C Drive. Now open up Program files > T2S Mobile > Conf
Fide and open up the file called t2sconf.ini, this should open up on Notepad, and change the following line
DLLReg=1 to DLLReg=0
Now save the file and try again
